Man Accused Of Cutting Officer With Butter Knife

(SELLERSBURG, IN) - A Sellersburg man is accused of cutting an officer with a 12-inch butter knife.

Police say 42-year-old Daniel Dannheiser attacked the unidentified officer Sunday after he responded to a domestic violence call.

Dannheiser faces charges of attempted murder of an officer, domestic battery and criminal mischief.
