(NEW ALBANY, IN) - Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson says he will be ready to retry David Camm in six months.
But Camm's Attorney, Stacy Uliana, says it will be at least a year before the trial begins.
Uliana says it will take time for a decision from the court about whether Henderson will remain as prosecutor, and for a ruling on a change of venue.
Henderson has challenged defense lawyers' request for the appointment of a special prosecutor in the case.
Camm has twice been convicted of killing his wife and two children in their Georgetown home.
Both convictions were overturned on appeal.
