(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Secretary of State Todd Rokita says the securities division of his office has filed a civil complaint against the Indiana State Teachers Union.
The complaint is the latest in a series of lawsuits filed against the union for its alleged mismanagement of long-term disability and health insurance benefits for teachers.
Rokita's suit focuses on the $23 million ISTA owes school districts that were once enrolled in its health insurance program.
