Last updated on Thursday, January 14, 2010

(FORT WAYNE, IN) - Fort Wayne Police believe they have nabbed the two men responsible for stealing prized puppies and thousands of dollars in merchandise at the Petland store in Fort Wayne.

Petland General Manager Ryan Moore is thrilled police made the arrests.

He says the two men busted were not known by store employees.

An informant tipped off police to one of the suspects after he bragged about the break in and that led to the arrests.

$20,000 dollars in merchandise was also taken.

Two of the three dogs have been found. An English bulldog is still missing.
