(EVANSVILLE, IN) - The Indiana Gaming Commission has voted to grant a gaming license to Tropicana Entertainment, which owns Casino Aztar in Evansville.
The company still has to emerge from bankruptcy and secure $150 million in exit financing.
If regulators in other states where it has properties approve, Tropicana could come out of chapter 11 next month.
