(INDIANA STATEHOUSE) - Advocates of traffic cams in Indiana are backing off a bit.
There's a lot of opposition to the cameras, aimed at capturing pictures of motorists who run red lights.
Representatives Bill Friend and Shelli Vandenburgh now propose allowing the cameras only in construction zones and only to catch speeders.
Vandenburgh says speeding is an especially high safety risk in construction zones.
