(TELL CITY, IN) - Fire officials say a blaze that destroyed a historic building in tell city was started by welders.
The former Southwestern Furniture Co. Building was destroyed Wednesday afternoon.
It took firefighters a couple of hours to knock down the blaze.
The 1873 building was in the process of being torn down.
