Colts President Speaks About Player's Sexual Assault Charge

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The President of the Indianapolis Colts is speaking up about a civil lawsuit filed against defensive tackle Eric Foster.

The suit by a 22-year-old woman claims foster sexually assaulted her, but the county prosecutor did not file criminal charges.

Bill Polian says the Colts have no reason to take any action and Foster will participate in off season programs.
