Meeting To End Shipyard Strikes To Resume Next Week

(JEFFERSONVILLE, IN) - Talks aimed a ending a strike at a southern Indiana shipyard are expected to resume next week.

Workers at Jeffboat, which is owned by Jeffersonville-based American Commercial Lines, reportedly are not optimistic about any deal being close.

They are prepared to be off the job for at least two or three months.
