Pre-Teens Appear In Court For Murder

(CROMWELL, IN) - Three boys accused of murder appeared in a Kosciusko courtroom Thursday.

15-year-old Colt Lundy allegedly told his 12-year-old friends they had to help kill his stepfather.

49-year-old Phillip Danner was found shot to death inside his Cromwell home.

A hearing next week will determine whether the boys will be charged as adults.
