(UNDATED) - Indiana State Health Department officials have de-activated the H1N1 Flu Hotline.
State Epidemiologist Pan Pontones says H1N1 in Indiana has slowed down enough that the hotline isn't really needed.
However should the flu spike in the state once again, the hotline for information will be re-activated.
Pontones says health officials will continue to monitor H1N1 in the state.
Over 9000 citizens and 400 healthcare providers call the hotline for information during it's operation.
Pontones says H1N1 isn't gone completely however, and residents who have not received one, should still consider a vaccination.
She says as of last week, 1.3 million Hoosiers have received the H1N1 vaccine.
