(GARY, IN) - A police shooting that left a Gary teen in critical condition remains under investigation.
The 16-year-old was shot at least six times by a police officer Saturday.
The officer is on paid administrative leave.
The teen allegedly fled from police and later crashed his vehicle.
The teen then climbed out of the car holding an AK-47 when the officer shot him.
