(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A 9-year-old boy was killed in an accidental shooting early Saturday morning in Indianapolis.
Detectives say the victim was in the living room with three siblings playing video games.
His 16-year-old brother was handling a firearm that he had taken from the home of an incarcerated relative.
The firearm went off, striking the 9-year-old in the head.
Investigators say the 16-year-old brother admitted to his involvement and has been arrested for reckless homicide.
He was taken to juvenile detention.
