Carmel Teen Charged With Causing Deadly Wreck

(CARMEL, IN) - A 15-year-old Carmel boy faces charges in Hamilton County for a crash that killed two teens.

They were riding in a car that hit a pole, flipped and caught fire last month.

Investigators saying the driver sped away from an officer trying to stop him.
