(NEW ALBANY, IN) - A Clarksville chiropractor is scheduled to go on trial Monday in Floyd County on charges of sexually abusing a teenage girl.
It's one of six trials scheduled between now and august for 39-year-old Robert Matthew Nolan, the owner of the Nolan Chiropractic Center in Clarksville and Jeffersonville.
In the Floyd County case, Nolan is charged with several counts, including rape, involving an alleged victim who was 13 years old at the time.
The multiple incidents reportedly occurred at his New Albany residence beginning in 2005.
