(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - A federal investigation has uncovered new details about problems at a former Indiana girls juvenile center.
The U.S. Justice Department investigation says the Indianapolis facility failed to protect the girls living there from harm or provide adequate mental health care and special education services.
Indiana Prison officials say they have worked to address issues since the investigation began two years ago.
