(INDIANA STATEHOUSE) - State Budget Committee Chair Luke Kenley says funding for K-12 students remains one of Indiana’s top priorities.
He says when adjusting for declining revenues, Indiana reduced state agency budgets by 15% or more before school funding was trimmed by 3.5% as a last resort.
