(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Starting July 1st, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will have more services available online for Hoosiers.
Some of those online services include driver's license renewal and/or obtaining a duplicate driver's license or ID card and scheduling a drive test.
Changes in obtaining a learner's permit and probationary driver's license will also become effective on Thursday.
Most of the changes are the result of new laws passed by the Indiana General Assembly this year.
The BMV says there were four million visits to the mybmv.com website last year and over one million customers established personal online accounts.
