Last updated on Friday, June 11, 2010

(NOBLESVILLE, IN) - The Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office will not file charges in connection with the March death of a Purdue University student.

The body of 19-year-old Patrick Trainor was found in his car in a Fishers subdivision pond, days after he attended a party in the neighborhood.

The prosecutor had been looking at the possibility of filing charges against the adults who hosted the party.

Trainor had a 0.19 percent blood-alcohol level before he drowned and had marijuana in his system before his death.
