(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Federal and Marion County authorities are investigating whether four people charged with food-stamp fraud have connections to terrorism.
Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi cautions against jumping to conclusions.
But he says the defendants have been in contact with two people on the federal terror watch list.
Brizzi says investigators are tracing those transactions.
All four defendants are Middle Eastern. Police say one of those four, Ali Mohammed, is still at large.
