Health Officer Pleads Not Guilty In Girlfriend's Death

(MARTINSVILLE) - The Morgan County Health Officer has pleaded not guilty in a pre-trial hearing Tuesday for the death of his girlfriend.

61 year-old Dr. John Reynolds is charged with failing to provide proper care to Sondra Pressler, who died on November 7th, 2009 at his home.

His trial has been set for February.
