(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A man accused of looking up women’s skirts with a camera on his shoe at an Indianapolis mall in February will not faces voyeurism charges.
Those charges against 40-year-old David Delagrange of Fort Wayne have been dropped because of a loophole in Indiana law.
However, Delagrange still faces four attempted child exploitation charges since four of his 10 victims were minors.
His trial is scheduled for July 21st.
