(UNDATED) - Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita has filed cease-and-desist orders against two out-of-state companies.
Home Ownership Possibilities for Everyone LLC and Seeed Consortium LLC are accused of portraying themselves as loan brokers, although neither is licensed.
The last known business address for Home Ownership Possibilities for Everyone, LLC is an address in Louisville, KY.
The last known business address for Seeed Consortium, LLC is an address in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Both could have been offering services in multiple states.
