(INDIANA STATEHOUSE) - The judicial nominating commission will publicly interview the nine semi-finalists for the Indiana Supreme Court on Friday, July 30th.
After private deliberations, the commission will vote for the three finalists in public.
Those names will be given to Governor Mitch Daniels, who will have 60 days to appoint one of them to the Indiana Supreme Court.
Justice Theodore Boehm is stepping down from the bench on September 30th.
