(INDIANA STATEHOUSE) - Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita says his office has returned nearly 13% of its budget for fiscal year 2010 to the Indiana General Fund.
The agency says it created efficiencies by moving its Business Services Division and Notaries Public in Indiana online, consolidating office space and introducing the Plates On-Demand Program.
