(UNDATED) - The State Department of Workforce Development is being sued by a jobless Indianapolis man who says it’s taking too long for his unemployment appeal.
John Gorman says he's been waiting for at least 100 days for a decision on his appeal.
The ACLU has also joined the lawsuit and is seeking class action status for the suit.
