Attorney General Filing Lawsuit Against Foreclosure Companies

(UNDATED) - Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller will file three lawsuits today against foreclosure consultant companies.

Each lawsuit will be filed in a different central Indiana county including Bartholomew, Hamilton and Marion counties.

Zoeller will file the Marion County complaint in person at the Indianapolis city-county building.
