(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - There’s a new painting in the Governor’s Office.
Mitch Daniels says he decided to mount a portrait of Eli Lilly as part of the Hoosier Heritage Gallery.
The painting by T.C. Steele is of Lilly sitting on a chair.
The businessman moved in Indiana in 1852 and formed his pharmaceutical company in 1876.
