Police Investigating 3-Week-Old's Broken Legs

(KOKOMO, IN) - A three week old is recovering from broken legs and Kokomo Police are asking his 17-year-old mother what happened.

Investigators say they got a tip from the infant's grandparents who suspected something was wrong.

The baby was transported to Saint Joseph Hospital but then taken to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.

Police are not releasing the mother's name because she is a juvenile, but she's being detained in the Kinsey Youth Center.
