Man's Body Recovered From White River

(COLUMBUS, IN) - Police say the body of a Columbus man was recovered late Wednesday from East Fork White River after he disappeared while swimming.

Divers recovered him around 10:00PM in about 12 feet of water 16 feet from the river bank near the area where he was last seen.

The man's name was not released late Wednesday because his family had not been notified.

His official cause of death had not been determined.
