(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis woman charged in the deaths of two of her children will stand trial November 29th.
Ebyan Farah's Attorneys have asked for an independent autopsy, but with Zakariya and Zuhur Farah awaiting burial, the lawyers agreed in court to forgo the tests if they can't be completed within three days.
Marion Superior Judge Lisa Borges granted a defense request for Farah to undergo a psychiatric exam to determine whether the woman is mentally competent to stand trial.
The 28-year-old is accused of barricading four of her five children in a closet for more than 10 hours.
The two youngest children died.
