(FRANKLIN, IN) - A dramatic rescue in Johnson County.
A man working in a ten foot hole on County Line Road, just west of State Road 135, was hit in the back of the head with a backhoe bucket when it fell off the rig.
The worker was trapped.
White River Township Fire Chief Jeremy Pell says the worker never lost consciousness and was talking with rescuers as they worked to free him.
The man and others were trenching along the road for utility placement.
