(GREENSBURG, IN) - A Greensburg man faces charges of rape and sexual battery.
Indiana State Police arrested 46-year-old James McCarter Tuesday afternoon following an investigation to an incident that occurred October 17th.
According to the charging information, McCarter allegedly forced an adult female to perform oral sex and have sexual intercourse with him.
If convicted, McCarter could face up to 20 years in prison.
