Marcus Shrenker To Appear In Court Over Child Support

(NOBLESVILLE, IN) - Former Geist Money Manager Marcus Schrenker says he can’t pay child support.

An emergency hearing is set for October 12th.

Schrenker's Attorney says he can't afford to pay the established support amount because it was based on his previous income.

Schrenker plead guilty last month to fraud charges.

His sentencing in that case is slated for October 7th.
