(UNDATED) - Two special prosecutors, one from each of the major political parties, are taking up the case against the Republican candidate for Secretary of State.
His critics accuse Charlie White, who is also the Hamilton County Republican Party Chairman, of voter fraud.
His voter registration showed his ex-wife's address at the time he cast his ballot in the may primary.
White says it was a mistake but nothing that warrants a criminal investigation.
The case is being placed in the hands of former Warren County Prosecutor John Dowd, a Republican, and Democrat Daniel Sigler, once the Adams County Prosecutor.
