BMV Commissioner To Appear In Court Next Month

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A Former BMV Commissioner will go to court next month.

Andy Miller resigned following his arrest early last month for indecent exposure.

He was arrested in a bathroom near circle centre mall.

Investigators say Miller was fondling himself in front of an undercover officer.

Miller was scheduled to appear in court today, however his case has been continued until December 3rd.
