(INDIANA STATEHOUSE) - Republican Governor Mitch Daniels has big plans for the GOP-ruled 2011 legislative session.
His agenda includes expanding charter schools, establishing merit pay for teachers, cutting unemployment benefits and raising unemployment insurance taxes on businesses.
Daniels says the state can pass a balanced two-year budget without any tax increases.
