(GREENWOOD, IN) - A Greenwood police officer has been suspended, accused of drunkenly arguing with a man who confronted him about leaving a baby in his vehicle.
Officer nick dine was off duty on the evening of October 29th when a man said he watched him leave a baby unattended in his personal vehicle outside an Applebee's restaurant.
Dine refused to take a breath test after police smelled alcohol.
Dine was placed on unpaid leave Monday.
