(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - A former Washington Township Fire Chief in Morgan County was suspended without pay Wednesday by the Township Safety Board.
Kelly Collier, the former son-in-law of the outgoing Washington Township Trustee, was arrested this month on bribery, official misconduct and intimidation charges.
