(UNDATED) - The first of the baby boomers will become senior citizens next year, and researchers and community leaders warn Indiana needs to start preparing for the wave.
One out of five Hoosiers is part of the post-World War II baby boom, defined as those born from 1946 to 1964.
The Indiana Engagement Initiative says urban planners need to take a rapidly graying population into account.
