(INDIANAPOLIS, IN)- A state lawmaker is expected to introduce legislation next month to reverse a recent law which requires everyone, regardless of age, to be carded when buying alcohol in Indiana.
The goal of this new bill would be to allow retailers to use their best judgment when deciding who to sell to.
If approved, the bill would change a law that took effect at the beginning of July.
