(HAMMOND, IN) - A Hammond man will spend the rest of his life in prison for running a prostitution ring.
Justin "Tootie" Cephus was sentenced today, after being convicted on 22 counts more than a year ago.
U.S. District Judge Rudy Lozano stated the case was one of the most disturbing he had seen in his 27 years on the bench.
Cephus was convicted of drugging and beating the women and girls in his operation.
