(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - An Indiana National Guardsman faces bigamy charges.
Police allege Anthony Martin married a fellow soldier in Las Vegas last year but had a wife of several years back home in Indiana.
After the marriage, both were deployed to Iraq.
When Martin returned from duty, he "disappeared" causing his military wife to file for divorce.
Wife number one found out when the papers arrived in the mail.
