(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A U.S. Food and Drug Administration Committee votes against recommending approval of a drug developed by Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and company.
The committee says Amyvid was effective in detecting a plaque in the brain linked to Alzheimer's Disease, but it asked for more data on how scans would be interpreted by medical professionals.
