(FRANKLIN, IN) - The Franklin Merit Board ruled Tuesday night that Officer Bryan Burton will remain suspended without pay, pending the outcome of a criminal case against him.
Burton is accused of inappropriately touching a female informant and misusing his power as a detective.
The merit board report says there were eight violations against Burton.
