(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Police say a man who was found smoking in Indianapolis International Airport was arrested after he ignored a request to put out a cigarette and walked into an unauthorized area.
53-year-old Michael Rogers of Bloomington was preliminarily charged with public intoxication, criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance.
Two Delta airlines employees held Rogers until an officer arrived on the scene.
Officers say Rogers was drunk and admitted he didn't have a prescription for a pill found in his wallet.
