(UNDATED) - The Indiana Republican Party has no plans to return an estimated $200,000 in political contributions made by embattled businessman Tim Durham.
Party Spokesman Pete Seat says Durham hasn't donated since 2008, so the money already has been spent.
A bankruptcy trustee reveals Durham made more than $800,000 in total political contributions over the years, most of it going toward republican candidates at the local, state and federal levels.
Durham is accused in a Federal Grand Jury Indictment of defrauding investors through his loan company and using the money to support expensive homes and cars, a 100-foot yacht and travel on a personal jet.
