(PENDLETON, IN) - A fishing site in Pendleton could be forced to remove 50 cabins for providing temporary housing to convicted sex offenders who listed the cabins as their permanent homes.
The Pendleton Board of Zoning Appeals recently revoked a zoning variance that allowed Pine Lakes to have the cabins.
The appeals board is due to consider a new variance for Pine Lakes on April 19th.
