(STATEHOUSE) - Governor Daniels is expressing confidence in capitol police following accusations of an officer behaving badly inside his family’s occasional home.
A criminal investigation is underway into another officer's claims that Capitol Police Officer Mike Bates slept on the job and rifled through personal items inside the Indiana Governor's residence.
