High School Student In Custody For Bringing Gun To School

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - An Indianapolis High School student is in custody after he brought a loaded gun to school.

Another student told school officials the 16-year-old youth had a gun in his book bag.

The youth told police he found the gun in a bathroom at north central high school and planned to just take it home.

The youth was arrested for carrying a handgun without a license and possession of firearms inside of school property.
